The pictures and the thing they live in get made in the same room here, because work that looks right and behaves wrong is not finished.

The usual arrangement hands a client a direction and leaves the building of it to somebody else. The gap between those two people is where the work tends to die: the direction gets flattened into a template, the details get decided on the fly, and what ships bears a family resemblance to what was designed.

Elya closes that gap by holding both ends. The same hands that set the direction write the code that renders it. That is not a technical boast, it is the reason the details survive contact with production.
